Please note that all prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE OF VAT. The final price including VAT will be shown in your shopping cart. Delivery to any UK mainland address is INCLUDED in the price

 HOW TO ORDER

Choose your item, complete any options required, then click Add to Cart. This will bring up the Shopping Cart screen with details of your order. The number of items will default ot 1, so If you require more than one of the item, alter the number in the Qty box and then click Update cart.

To order further items click Continue shopping, choose your item from the Catalogue, then click Add to Cart. Repeat this procedure until your order is complete and you are in the Shopping cart page. Before going to Checkout, check the list and if you need to remove any items, click the box below Remove and then click Update cart.

Click Checkout and on the Checkout page, complete all the information required as indicated by a red asterisks. At the bottom of the checkout page you can add any comments about your order. Click Review order and this will bring up a final page.

You can pay for your order by using PayPal or by cheque. If paying by cheque, print 2 copies of this page, keep one copy for your reference and send one copy with your payment.

Check all the details and then click Submit order. You will receive an automated email confirmation.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All orders with a total value of under £50.00 should be accompanied by full payment by means of a cheque or Postal Order, made payable to Trackside For orders in excess of £50.00, please enclose .deposit of £50.00 (or full payment if you wish). Please note that if using PayPal, the full amount must be paid - you cannot send just a deposit by this method. Balance payment of your order will be due within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing .

DELIVERY

Delivery is by first class post, carrier, or by our own transport. For smaller items, despatch is normally within 48 hours of receipt of your order, but if for any reason there is likely to be a delay in completing your order,an Order Confirmation will be sent indicating the approximate delay also acknowledging any payment that has been made.

METAL TOTEMS, TARGETS, PLATFORM SIGNS, DOOR PLATES AND FOOTBALLER NAMEPLATES

No stock (other than a few display samples) is kept of the above items. They are all made to order .The normal production time is about 6-8 weeks, (or up to 12 weeks for vitreous enamelled metal signs depending on pressure of work).  If you do require your order completed earlier than this such as for a birthday or anniversary gift – please state clearly on the Order Form, the date by which it is required. Every effort will be made to complete by the due date, but cannot be guaranteed

OUTLINED LETTERING ON TOTEMS

Outlined lettering is only available on North Eastern Region totems, but can be applied to half-flanged or fully flanged versions

SOUTHERN REGION TOTEMS

Fully flanged original totems for Southern Region stations were produced in two basic styles  One style was to have the flanges black, inside of which was the normal white lining, green body and white lettering. The other style was with the flanges white, the green body slightly expanded and the lettering white. The green colour used on the white flange versions was noticeably brighter and lighter than the green on the black half flanged or fully flanged types.
