All the descriptive pages have an order form link at the bottom of the page. Print the Order Form, complete details of your order and add your name and address (and email address, if you have one) and post to the Freepost address shown.

(Freepost is a second class service and normally takes 3-5 days to be delivered. If you want a speedier service, place a first class stamp on the envelope)

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All orders with a total value of under £50.00 should be accompanied by full payment by means of a cheque or Postal Order, made payable to Trackside. For orders in excess of £50.00, please enclose a deposit of £50.00. The balance payment of your order will be due within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY

Delivery is by first class post, carrier, or by our own transport. For smaller items, despatch is normally within 48 hours of receipt of your order, but if for any reason there is likely to be a delay in completing your order, an Order Confirmation will be sent indicating the approximate delay and also acknowledging any payment that has been made.

METAL TOTEMS, TARGETS, PLATFORM SIGNS, DOOR PLATES AND FOOTBALLER NAMEPLATES

No stock (other than a few display samples) is kept of the above items. They are all made to order

The normal production time is about 6-8 weeks, (or up to 12 weeks for vitreous enamelled metal signs) depending on pressure of work. If you do require your order completed earlier than this – such as for a birthday or anniversary gift – please state clearly on the Order Form, the date by which it is required. Every effort will be made to complete by the due date, but cannot be guaranteed.

Outlined lettering on totems

Outlined lettering is only available on North Eastern Region totems, but can be applied to half-flanged or fully flanged.

Southern Region totems

Fully flanged original totems for Southern Region stations were produced in two basic styles. The conventional style was with the flange in black, inside which was the normal white outline surrounding the green main, top and bottom panels. The alternative style was with the flange in white surrounding the green main, top and bottom panels. This green as used on the “white flange” version, is noticeably lighter and brighter, than the green used on the “black flange” versions.
